Message backup is a feature long-awaited by Zalo users. This tool helps to keep the entire message, in case the users lose the phone or reinstall the device.
In addition, for users who sign in to Zalo on multiple devices, the message will be synchronized throughout and no longer has the message status quit as before.
When you need to back up, users can access the last page on the Zalo interface, then select the Setup button (in the lower right corner)> Messages and notifications> Backup & Restore> Backup.

This feature helps users find their old conversations with friends in the machine without having to scroll up and down as much as before. You can imagine some situations to apply this function such as: find the address of exchanged date, search for a note, review the instructions of relatives, ...To use, the user to the message window, press menu> Search for message> enter the content to search. Currently, Facebook Messenger on mobile device does not offer message search.
